Adding clients and exporting to Excel

Add a client by hand from the list or straight from a new appointment, import a client list from another system on the website, and download all clients to an Excel file — on Pro.

Guide forComputerPhone

Everyone who books online lands in your list by themselves. A client who called or walked in you add by hand — or straight from a new appointment in the calendar, which creates the client too.

  1. In the menu, click “Clients”, then “+ New client”.

  2. Fill in a name and phone, and if you like an email, birthday, tags (comma-separated) and notes.

  3. Tick “Agrees to receive updates and offers” only if the client agreed — the law requires it before any marketing message.

  4. Click “Add”.

Importing from another system

Switching from another booking system? Clients — and appointments — are imported from a file, on the website. The owner and managers do it.

Exporting to Excel

The export downloads your whole client list to a file that opens in Excel: name, phone, email, visits, no-shows, total spent, last visit, tags, birthday, marketing consent and notes. It’s part of the Pro plan, and the owner and managers download it.

  1. In “Clients”, click “Export to Excel”, and the file downloads to your computer.

Can I import clients from the app?

Importing is done on the website. In the app, the button opens it on the website, signed in.

Why mark marketing consent?

By law, updates and offers go only to people who agreed to them. The consent is kept on the card and appears in the export file too.
