The waitlist and SOS for freed-up times
Clients join a waitlist when a day is full. When an appointment is cancelled they get a WhatsApp offer, and with one SOS tap you tell them about a gap today or tomorrow.
When there are no more appointments on the day a client wanted, they can join that day’s waitlist — while booking on the business page, on the website or in the app. From there, there are two ways to fill the spot.
Automatically, when an appointment is cancelled
An appointment that’s cancelled or moved — by the client or by you — is offered by itself, on WhatsApp, to the first people on the waitlist for that day and service (and staff member, if they chose one). Whoever books first gets it. You don’t need to do anything.
SOS for a gap in the calendar
In “Overview” there’s the “Calendar gaps · SOS” card: the unbooked hours of today and tomorrow for each staff member, and how many people are waiting for that day.
In the menu, click “Overview” and find the “Calendar gaps · SOS” card.
OverviewPick “Today” or “Tomorrow”, and click SOS next to the gap.
In “Suggested service”, pick a treatment that fits the time — or leave it open to any service — and click “Send SOS”.
An SOS goes only to people who joined that day’s waitlist and agreed to WhatsApp messages — up to 25 messages, out of your monthly message quota. For the same time you can send an SOS once an hour. An appointment booked from the offer goes into the calendar like any other.
Staff members see the gaps in their own calendar. Sending an SOS is for the owner and managers.
The guided tour is in the app
In the “SOS and waitlist” chapter, the tour shows this on the screen itself, step by step.
Why does it say there’s nobody to send the SOS to?
Nobody joined the waitlist for that day — or for the service you picked. An SOS never goes to clients who didn’t ask, because that would be advertising.
How does a client know they can join?
When they pick a day with no appointments left while booking, a button to join the waitlist appears. They see their waitlists in their profile.
