What clients see when they book
The client’s path: your business page, choosing a service, a staff member and a time, their phone number and a WhatsApp confirmation — and what of it you control.
Clients book from your link or from Bookly search, on the website or in the app. Nothing to download: a phone number is enough.
What the client sees, step by step
The business page: photos, “About”, the price list, reviews, the address and contact buttons — and a button to book.
Choosing a service from the price list — only services shown on the page and open to online booking.
Services & teamPrice list & servicesChoosing a staff member, when clients may choose — or whoever is free.
Choosing a day and time — only times that are really free, based on your hours, existing appointments and booking rules. On a full day, at a business with a waitlist, clients can join it.
Summary: the service, price, time and address, and a “Notes for the business” field. Clients can also ask for a “Recurring appointment”. The message you wrote to clients shows before they book.
The first time, signing in — with a phone number that gets the confirmation and reminders. Then confirming.
With automatic approval, the appointment is booked at once, and the client gets a WhatsApp confirmation and a reminder before it. With manual approval, the client sends a booking request and is notified when you approve. When the business asks for a deposit or a card on file, the client sees it before booking — as well as the cancellation policy you wrote.

Seeing the page as a client
In “Link & sharing”, click “Open” next to the permanent link — the page opens as clients see it, and you can go through booking yourself.
Does the client need to download the app?
No. They can book on the website too, from any browser.
Why can’t a client see free times?
Check the opening hours, that the service is open to online booking and someone performs it, and the minimum notice in the booking rules.
