The monthly message quota and what happens when it runs out
Every plan includes WhatsApp and SMS messages a month: 500 on Basic, 2,000 on Pro. What counts, where to see what’s left, and what stops when it runs out.
Every WhatsApp or SMS that goes to a client on your business’s behalf counts toward the monthly quota: booking confirmations, reminders, review requests, waitlist and SOS messages, form requests, and the replies of the bot and the AI assistant to clients. A message WhatsApp didn’t accept doesn’t count, and neither do sign-in codes. The quota resets at the start of every month.
Basic has 500 messages a month and Pro 2,000. During the trial you get a share of Pro’s quota, and the “Communication & AI” bundle adds messages with every pack. A main business and its branches share one quota.
Where to see what’s left
Open the screen — “Messages this month” is at the top, with how many were sent out of the quota.

On the website the number also shows on the overview, in the “WhatsApp messages this month” card.
When the quota runs out
Until the month ends, the confirmations, reminders and updates your business sends don’t go out: they’re marked as not sent and aren’t sent later. The bot’s replies to clients who tap a button keep going out, and count. The AI assistant stops answering until next month, and clients who write to it get a short message with a link to your business’s WhatsApp. Your own app notifications don’t depend on the quota.
Without an active subscription, none of the messages your business sends go out. The bot’s replies to clients carry on, and count.
Will the messages that weren’t sent go out when the quota renews?
No. What didn’t go out in time isn’t sent later, so keep an eye on the quota before the month ends.
Why do the bot’s replies count?
WhatsApp charges for every message that goes out, a reply to a client’s tap included. So that one client can’t use up the whole quota, only part of the bot’s replies to each client in a month count.
How do I get more messages?
Pro has more messages than Basic, and the “Communication & AI” bundle adds messages and AI replies with every pack. The business owner manages the plan and bundles on the subscription screen.
