Where everything is: the menu, the app’s tabs and settings search
On a computer, a side menu with every screen. On a phone, four tabs, with the settings under “Manage”. Anywhere, you can search for a screen instead of browsing menus.
The tools are the same on the website and in the app, but the way to them differs. Everyone sees only the screens their role allows — the subscription, for example, shows only to the business owner.
On a computer
The side menu has the branch switcher at the top; then Overview, Calendar and Clients; below them, under “Tools” — Services & team, Messaging, Marketing, Social, Shifts & attendance, Insights, Payments and Screens in your business; and at the bottom “My account” (business details, branding, page design and the subscription), “Help and support” and “View business page”. Each area has tabs at the top of the page.
In a narrow window or your phone’s browser, the website looks like the app: tabs at the bottom of the screen, and all the tools on the “Manage” screen.
Settings search
On a computer, press / or ⌘K (Ctrl+K on Windows) to open settings search, type and pick a result. In a phone’s browser, the search field is at the top of the “Manage” screen.
Search also understands Hebrew when the interface is in another language. No matching screen? Search offers to look for the same words in the help center.
The guided tour is in the app
In the “Business view and switching modes” chapter, the tour shows this on the screen itself, step by step.
Why can’t I see a screen the guide mentions?
Each role sees only what it’s allowed to: the subscription is for the owner only, and the services and team settings for owners and managers. Some screens also exist only on the website or only in the app. What to do on a computer and what on a phone
