Automatic campaign: the AI builds the whole campaign by itself
One form, and the AI picks the idea, plans, writes every item and makes a picture or video for each from your photos — then it all waits for your approval.
The automatic campaign is the short way to a whole campaign: fill in one form, and the AI does the rest by itself — picks an idea, builds a plan with days and times, writes every post, video and story, and makes a picture or a video for each one from your business’s photos. It all runs on the server, even with the page or the app closed, and in the end waits for you as drafts — nothing is published until you approve and schedule it.
The automatic campaign runs on Social’s AI — on the Pro plan or with the marketing bundle — and it’s there for whoever edits the content.
Where to start
Open Campaigns in Social
ManageSocialCampaignsTap “New campaign” and choose “Automatic campaign”.
The form
“What to promote?” — write it in your own words, or tick services from your price list (up to 12). Leave it empty and the AI picks what fits your business best right now.
“When” — a start date and an end date, up to 90 days.
“Where” — the campaign’s channels (planning channels too).
“How strong?” — light, medium, strong or intense: the pace of posts, videos and stories, from a quiet presence to every day in every format.
“Your photos” — up to 12 photos of your products, treatments or place, from the library. The AI makes the pictures and videos from them, so the product and the look stay yours. With no photos, it makes new pictures from each item’s script.
“Style (optional)” — the look in your own words, e.g. “colourful and summery”.
The full price, before you start
Under the form you see the full price, updated a moment after every change: how many items will be written (posts, videos and stories), how many AI generations it costs — the idea, the plan and each item are one generation each — against what you have left this month, and how many credits a picture or a video for each item costs, against your balance. The credits are taken at the start, and whatever isn’t used — a file that wasn’t made, or a stop halfway — comes back to you.
When you’re short of credits, “Buy credits” takes the start button’s place — credit packs are bought in the app through the store. You can also pick a lighter strength or shorten the dates.
When there aren’t enough AI generations left this month you can’t start — shorten the dates or pick a lighter strength. When making pictures and videos isn’t available right now, the price says “The drafts will be written without pictures and videos”, and you can add them to each draft later.
After you start
You can close the page or leave the app — the campaign carries on on the server, step by step:
The idea — a name and a message for the campaign, around what you asked for.
The plan — each item’s day and time, in stages: teaser, launch, peak, social proof and last days.
Writing — each item is saved as a draft in the calendar, on the campaign’s channels, on its day and time, with a script: a hook and scenes for a video, a description of the picture for a post or a story.
Pictures and videos — for each draft as soon as it’s written: from your photos by turns, as the base of a picture or the first frame of a video; with no photos, from the script. The file goes into the draft, and into the same item on your other channels.
After you start, the campaign’s page opens with the progress at the top: the steps, how many items were written and files made, and the credits. In the campaigns list, a running campaign shows “The AI is on it”. The campaign’s Gantt is on the website.
Stopping
In the campaign’s progress, choose “Stop”.
Confirm with “Stop and return the credits” — or “Keep going”, if you changed your mind.
From the moment you stop, nothing more is written or made, the files still in the works are canceled, and every unused credit comes back to you. What was already written stays as drafts, and the items not written wait on the campaign’s Gantt, where you can write them. Deleting the campaign also stops the run and returns the credits.
When the campaign is ready
When it’s all ready, the leftover credits — from a file that failed or an item that wasn’t written — come back, and whoever started the campaign gets the notice “The campaign is ready for approval”: in Social’s notifications, on the approvals tab, and on the phone as a notification too. Never by WhatsApp or SMS. The notice opens the campaign — from there, open each draft, edit if needed, and schedule.
What happens if this month’s AI generations run out halfway?
The writing stops, and what was already written goes on to its pictures and videos and reaches you for approval as usual. The items not written wait on the Gantt, and you write them from there once you have generations again.
I got “The automatic campaign stopped” — what does it mean?
That the run ended early — for example when the AI couldn’t write the campaign, or when the month’s AI generations ran out before the plan. The reason is in the notice, and the unused credits come back to you.
A file wasn’t made — what about its credits?
Its credits come back, and the draft stays without media. You can make a picture or a video for it from its script — see Images and videos with AI.
Does anything get published by itself?
No. The automatic campaign only writes and creates — everything waits as drafts until you open, edit and schedule it, or send it for approval like any post.
Can two automatic campaigns run at once?
No — each business runs one automatic campaign at a time. Once it’s ready or stopped, you can start the next one.
