The free trial: what’s included and what happens at the end

A new business gets 60 days with all of Pro and every add-on pack, no credit card. Nothing is charged at the end — the system locks until you choose a plan.

Guide forComputerPhone

Every new business starts with a 60-day free trial from the moment it opens. No credit card and no store purchase: everything is open, and at the end you choose a plan only if you want to continue.

What’s included

During the trial, your business works as on the Pro plan, with all three add-on packs: Marketing & Social, Communication & AI, and Team & Attendance. WhatsApp messages and AI assistant replies are limited during the trial to a share of Pro’s quota.

Opened your business through an invite link from another business or a partner? Your trial is longer — it’s shown at the top of the questionnaire.

How to see how much is left

The Overview and the subscription screen show how many days are left. They also show “The plan for you”: based on what you did in the trial — bookings, messages, team, forms and more — you see the cheapest plan that keeps everything you used, with the packs you need. In-app reminders also arrive before the end.

What happens at the end

If you haven’t chosen a plan, nothing is charged. The system locks: your page is hidden from search and clients can’t book. All your data is kept — the calendar, clients and settings — and the moment you choose a plan, everything comes back exactly as it was.

Even while the system is locked, the owner can open the subscription screen, export the clients or delete the account.

What do staff see while the system is locked?

A message that the business’s subscription isn’t active right now. Once the owner chooses a plan, everything works again for them too.

Can the trial be extended?
