Overview and insights: revenue, sources and busy hours

How many appointments and how much revenue, new clients and no-shows — and on Pro, where bookings come from, the top services and the busiest times.

Guide forComputerPhone

Your business’s numbers for any period: appointments, revenue from completed appointments, new clients and no-shows. Every plan shows the main numbers; Pro adds the chart over time, where bookings come from (with page views and conversion), the top services and a heat map of the busiest days and hours.

On the website it’s in two places. “Overview” is the first page: this week’s appointments, this month’s revenue, new clients, today’s appointments and open gaps. “Insights” is a separate page with a time range to choose.

  1. Open “Insights”

  2. Choose a range at the top: 7 days, 30 days, 3 months or a year.

  3. Hovering over a column in the chart shows its breakdown and revenue, and “Show the data as a table” opens all the numbers.

Where bookings come from

Each channel gets its own tagged link — Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, TikTok, the QR code and the business card. When you share the links from “Link & sharing”, you see here how many bookings came from each channel and its conversion rate.

The heat map shows appointments by day of the week and hour — for planning shifts, offers and quiet hours.

The “Insights” page is open to the owner and managers.

How is revenue calculated?

From the appointments completed in the period, at their price. Cancelled appointments and no-shows don’t count toward revenue.

Are there separate numbers for each branch?

Yes. Each branch is a business of its own — switch to a branch to see its numbers. The “Branches” card on the overview shows today’s appointments at each branch.
