Comments, insights and “What people say about us”
Every comment from the networks in one inbox with suggested replies, insights on followers, reach and engagement with the best times to post, and mentions and reviews in one place.
Coming soon: connecting Instagram, Facebook and TikTok and automatic publishing are still waiting for the networks’ approval. Meanwhile, plan, design and approve in a planning channel, and at the scheduled time you’ll get a reminder to post from your phone.
Three tools that come with the marketing bundle and work with connected channels: the comments inbox, the insights and “What people say about us”. Each also needs its permission in Social — “Comments” for the inbox and “Insights” for the numbers.
Comments inbox
Every comment people leave on your published posts, from every network, as one conversation per post. Filter by open, later and handled and by channel, see whether a comment is positive, neutral or negative, and reply right here — with “Suggest a reply” in your tone — then mark the conversation as handled. On Facebook you can also hide an offensive comment and like a comment.
Open Social
SocialIn the side menu, click “Comments inbox”, pick a conversation, reply and click “Mark as resolved”. “Refresh” checks for new comments right now.
Insights
For each channel and the period you choose: followers, posts, reach, views, engagement and the engagement rate — each against the period before — a daily chart, the posts that did best, and a map of the best times to post by day and hour. Choosing a slot on the map opens a new post at that time. The numbers are collected from the network once a day.
InsightsOn the website there’s also “Create report” for printing and “Export CSV”.
What people say about us
Instagram tags of the business and reviews clients left on its Bookly page, in one place: how much people talk about you, whether it’s positive, neutral or negative, and a weekly AI summary of what keeps coming up and what to do about it. Updated every hour, or right away with “Refresh”.
Tags are read only from a connected Instagram account. A mention with @ in a caption, without a tag on the photo, doesn’t reach here yet.
Why are there no numbers here?
The numbers come from a connected channel, once a day — the first ones arrive by tomorrow. A planning-only channel has no numbers, and a channel whose connection expired needs reconnecting.
