Business details: address, phone and “About”
The name, description, phone, social links and address shown on your business page and in search — and how to write “About” with AI on the website.
“Business details” are what clients read on your business page and in search results, on every plan: the business name, “About” and categories, how to reach you, social links and website, the address — and more about the place: who it serves, the languages spoken and the amenities.
Open “Business details”
My accountBusiness detailsFill in the name, phone, business WhatsApp (if it differs from the phone) and email.
Pick a city from the list and start typing the address — real addresses in that city appear, with house numbers. “My location” fills in both from where you are.
Write the “About” text, choose categories and add Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and a website.
Click “Save details”.
“About” with AI
The “About” field has an AI button in its corner. When the field is empty, “Write with AI” writes a first draft from what you’ve filled in about the business; when there’s text, “Improve the wording with AI” polishes your own wording. The new text replaces the old one, and “Cancel” brings it back until you type again. Then click “Save details”.
An exact address puts the business in the right spot on the map and in location searches. In “About”, use the words clients search for — experience, specialities and what makes you special.
At a branch, some fields come from the main business and follow it — detach a field to edit it at the branch. Each branch’s address and phone are its own.
The guided tour is in the app
In the “Settings and business details” chapter, the tour shows this on the screen itself, step by step.
My address doesn’t appear in the suggestions
Check that you picked the right city. If the address still isn’t found, you can keep it as you typed it.
How many categories can I choose?
It depends on the plan, and Pro allows more. The screen shows how many you can pick.
