Cancelling or rescheduling an appointment

Cancel or reschedule in “My appointments”, from the WhatsApp message or the reminder’s buttons — until the business’s cancellation deadline. After that, contact the business.

Guide forComputerPhone

You can cancel or move any appointment yourself, as long as the business’s cancellation deadline hasn’t passed — it’s shown in the appointment details. The business is updated, and the time opens up for other clients.

  1. Open “My appointments” — from the user menu, or the tab at the bottom of the screen in a phone’s browser — and pick the appointment.

  2. Click “Reschedule” and choose a new time, or “Cancel” and confirm with “Yes, cancel”.

From WhatsApp

The booking message has a link to the appointment details — it opens without signing in, and from there you reschedule or cancel. The reminder before the appointment has buttons: “I’m coming”, “Change time” and “Cancel”. After “Cancel”, the bot asks whether you really want to cancel.

Past the cancellation deadline? You can no longer cancel or move it on the website or in the app — message the business on WhatsApp or call.

Paid a deposit? Cancelling in time refunds it. Businesses that charge a cancellation or no-show fee show the amount already when you book.

In the “My appointments” chapter, the tour shows this on the screen itself, step by step.

Why don’t I have “Reschedule”?

Some appointments can only be rescheduled through the business, and sometimes the cancellation deadline has already passed. Then message or call the business.

The business cancelled my appointment. Now what?

You’ll get a WhatsApp message with a link to book a new appointment.
