How to book an appointment
Find a business in search or through the link it sent, pick a service, a staff member and a free time, and book. The booking message and the reminder come on WhatsApp.
You book on bookly.win or in the app, without paying Bookly anything. Find the business — in search, on the map, or through a link it shared — and on its page tap the booking button.
On the business page, pick a service.
Under “With whom?”, choose a staff member or “Any staff member”, then a day and a free time.
In the summary you can add notes for the business, or turn on “Recurring appointment”.
Verify your phone number if asked, and click “Confirm and book”.
Some businesses check every appointment before it’s booked. There, the button says “Send booking request”, and the appointment is booked once the business approves it — you’ll get a WhatsApp message about it.
Businesses that ask for a deposit or a card on file show it before you book, with the amount and the payment methods.
After booking, a WhatsApp message arrives, and the appointment appears under “My appointments”. You can also add it to your phone’s or computer’s calendar.

Do I have to pay Bookly?

I booked but didn’t get a WhatsApp message
