Choosing a plan, paying and subscription receipts
Choose Basic or Pro, monthly or yearly, and pay once for the whole business. Here’s also when billing starts and where to find your receipts.
Only the business owner chooses the subscription. Pick a plan and a period — monthly or yearly — and pay once for the whole business, branches included.
Open the screen
ManageSubscription and branchesSubscriptionChoose monthly or yearly and tap the plan.
Tap the choose button at the bottom of the screen (for example “Choose Pro monthly”) and confirm the purchase in the App Store.
Buying in the app starts the subscription right away, even during the trial. You can also wait for the trial to end — nothing is charged automatically.
The charge goes to your Apple ID, and Apple sends the receipt. “Restore purchases” at the bottom of the screen brings back a subscription bought with the same Apple ID.
A business has one subscription. If it was already bought elsewhere, the subscription screen shows where it’s managed, and a second one can’t be bought. At a branch, the subscription comes from the main business.

Who can buy a subscription?
Only the business owner. Managers and staff don’t see the subscription screen.
