Cancelling or changing your subscription
Upgrade, switch plans or cancel where the subscription was bought. After cancelling, everything works until the end of the paid period, and your data is kept.
You change and cancel the subscription where it was bought. Not sure where? The subscription screen shows where it’s managed.
Open the screen
My accountSubscriptionTo change plan or period: “Upgrade or change plan”, pick one, and before you confirm you see exactly what changes and when.
To cancel: “Cancel automatic renewal”, then confirm. During the trial the button is called “Cancel before the charge”.
Changed your mind? “Renew subscription” turns renewal back on, as long as the period hasn’t ended.
When you upgrade, the features open right away, and the new price is charged from the next payment — nothing is charged today. When you move to a cheaper plan, the new price applies from the next charge, with no refund for the current period.
After cancelling, everything keeps working until the end of the paid period. Then the system locks and your page is hidden from search, but the calendar, clients and history are kept — and come back as soon as you choose a plan.
What happens to branches when I cancel?
Branches run on the main business’s Pro plan. When it ends or moves to Basic, the branches’ pages are hidden — and their data is kept.
I bought on iPhone and moved to Android (or the other way round). Now what?
The subscription keeps working everywhere with the same account, but it can only be changed or cancelled in the store where it was bought.
