- The commission is calculated on the amount before VAT.
- A business paying through Apple or Google Play: the commission is calculated on the amount after the store’s fee (15%), so a little less.
- A yearly plan: the same percentage of the yearly payment — and add-on packs count too.

On every payment in the first 12 months, 10% of the amount comes back to the business in Bookly Stars, 35 days after the payment — if the business counts, that is, its subscription is still active 35 days after its first payment. Each star is worth ₪1 and can be used on the website for the subscription, add-on packs and promotion.

02Get a link and a code
A personal link and a short code. You can ask for a code of your own, such as your academy’s name.
03Share it
In groups, posts, classes or conversation. Your partner page shows how many visited, signed up and are paying.
04Get paid every month
Each commission is released 35 days after its payment. From ₪200 up, we pay you once a month, via PayPal or bank transfer.

A business is credited to one partner, once — when it’s opened: by the code typed at signup, or else by the last link clicked in the 90 days before. It counts only if its subscription is still active 35 days after its first payment — a business that paid and canceled before then doesn’t count, and its commissions are cancelled.
The partner program rules
In short. Applying means accepting the partner program terms in the terms of use.
- Only message people who agreed to hear from you. Mailings, WhatsApp or SMS without consent are prohibited under Israel’s Communications Law (the “spam law”).
- Sponsored content is labelled: a post, story or video with your link is clearly marked as an ad (“פרסומת”).
- No advertising on our name: don’t buy ads on Google or social networks for “Bookly”, “בוקלי” or similar names, and don’t present yourself as Bookly.
- Only true things: no promises of prices, discounts or features that don’t exist, and no speaking on Bookly’s behalf.
- No referring yourself: your own business, or one opened just to earn a commission, doesn’t count.
- Commission is on the net amount — before VAT, and for payments through Apple or Google Play also after the store’s fee.
- A business is credited once, when it’s opened. An existing business can’t be added later.
- A business counts only if its subscription is still active 35 days after its first payment. Each commission is released 35 days after its payment.
- Commissions are before VAT: a licensed dealer or a company gets VAT on top. Tax is withheld at source from the payout as the law requires, unless you have a valid withholding certificate.
- For every payout, you send Bookly a proper invoice or receipt — or, if you aren’t registered as a dealer, the documents the law requires. Bookly doesn’t issue them for you.
- Bookly may suspend a partner (withholding their commissions while suspended) or end their participation, and cancel commissions earned through fraud or against the rules — even after they were paid. A commission on a refunded payment is cancelled.
FAQ
- What does it cost me?
- Nothing. Joining the program is free, with no commitment.
- Do I need to be a Bookly customer?
- No. An account on the site is enough. Business owners on Bookly can join too — and they also have “Refer a friend” in their business dashboard.
- When and how do I get paid?
- Once a month, when your released commissions reach ₪200. By PayPal or bank transfer, whichever you chose on your partner page.
- What happens when a business stops paying?
- Commission is on payments actually made. A business that canceled within 35 days of its first payment doesn’t count at all, and its commissions are cancelled. A business that stops paying later no longer counts toward your tier, and commissions already released stay yours.
- Does the link work on phones too?
- Yes. Whoever comes in through the link and opens a business in the same browser within 90 days is credited to you. Signing up in the app or on another device? They type your code at the business details step.
- Do I need to be a registered business?
- To get paid we need details for the invoice or receipt: exempt dealer, licensed dealer, company or private individual, and an ID number. You fill them in on your partner page.
- What about VAT and tax?
- Commissions are before VAT. A licensed dealer or a company gets VAT on top and sends Bookly a tax invoice. Tax is withheld at source from each payout under the regulations, unless you have a withholding certificate and a bookkeeping certificate. The details are in the program terms.
- Can I choose my code?
- Yes. In your application you can ask for a code of 4–20 English letters or digits. If it’s taken, you’ll get a different one.
