Switching between business and client views, businesses and branches
In the app, one tap switches between running your business and booking for yourself, and a switcher at the top changes branch. On the website, use the user menu and side menu.
The same account is used both for booking with other businesses and for running your own. If you work in more than one place — several branches, or also at someone else’s business — you choose at any moment which one to work in.
Business view and client view
On the website both views are available side by side: the user menu (your picture or initial in the corner) leads to “My appointments”, “Favorites” and “My profile”, and “Manage my business” takes you back to your business dashboard.
Switching between branches and businesses
In the side menu, under the business name, pick another branch or business in the “Branch” (or “Branch / business”) list. In a narrow window the list is at the top of the page.
In the same place, “Add a branch” opens a new branch.
Each account has one business, and its other locations open as branches — on the Pro plan. Each branch has its own address and team; the branding and price list come from the main business, and the hours are its own or synced with the main business.
The guided tour is in the app
In the “Business view and switching modes” chapter, the tour shows this on the screen itself, step by step.
Why don’t I see the switcher?
It only appears when you have more than one business or branch.
