First steps: from signing up to a page that takes bookings
Sign in, open a business, answer a short questionnaire and publish your page — within minutes, clients can book with you online.
Setting up a business on Bookly takes a few minutes, on a computer or a phone. This is the order to follow — and every step can be finished later too.
1. Sign in
Sign in with your mobile number — with a single WhatsApp message or a one-time code — or with Google, and on iPhone and the website with Apple too. There are no passwords. All the ways to sign in
2. Open your business
In the user menu (your picture or initial in the corner of the screen), click “Open a business on Bookly”.
Answer the first question — the business name and field — and the business is open.
3. Answer the setup questionnaire
One question per screen: name and field, address and phone, services and prices, opening hours, the team, logo and color, booking preferences, a few words about the business, and finally your page’s address. Any question can be skipped and filled in later. The questionnaire step by step
Your business opens straight away with a 60-day trial of every feature, no credit card needed. What the trial includes
4. Publish your page
In the last step, choose your page’s address and tap “Publish your page”. For the page to go live it needs an address and phone, at least one service in the price list, and opening hours. Skipped something? The setup card in the Overview leads straight to what’s missing.
5. Share your link
Open the screen
MarketingLink & sharingShare the link on WhatsApp, in your Instagram story and bio, or print the QR code and put it up at your business.
Alerts about new bookings, cancellations and new clients go to the app only. Download Bookly for iPhone or Android and sign in with the same phone number.
The guided tour is in the app
In the “Business view and switching modes” chapter, the tour shows this on the screen itself, step by step.
How long does the setup take?
Usually a few minutes. You can stop halfway — the questionnaire picks up where you left off.
Can I open more than one business?
Each account has one business. More locations of the same business open as branches, on the Pro plan.
Do my clients have to pay or sign up?
No. Bookly is always free for clients. They book from your page in a browser or the app, and only verify their phone number — that’s where the confirmation and reminder go.
