Templates, zones and content on the screen

Pick a template, decide what each zone of the screen shows — today’s appointments, an opened slot, prices, the gallery, a booking QR and more — and send it to the TV.

Guide forComputerPhone

Every screen is made of zones, and each zone holds a module: from the system (today’s appointments, the next appointment, a slot that opened, the next free slot, prices, the gallery, reviews), content you write (a ticker, an announcement, a welcome, a tip of the day, a QR code, guest Wi-Fi), or outside information (clock and date, the weather). What comes from the system updates itself.

Editing the screen

  1. Open the screens

  2. Next to the screen, click “Edit and preview”.

  3. Click a zone in the preview, and in the “Zone” tab choose what it shows and fill in only what it needs.

  4. In “General”, choose the name, the screen language, light or dark mode and resting outside opening hours; in “Layout”, change the template.

  5. Click “Send to screen” — the TV updates within half a minute.

Each screen has its own language (“Screen language”), so clients read in theirs — whatever language you use in the app or on the website.

What Pro adds

On Basic you fill in the basic templates but don’t change how they’re divided. On Pro: every template; splitting, moving and resizing zones; several modules taking turns in one zone; accent colours and the business’s colour; more modules such as a promotion with a countdown and before and after; and an internal screen for the staff room, with full names, arrival confirmations and expected revenue.

An internal staff screen shows details that aren’t meant for clients — don’t hang it where clients can see it.

I made changes but the TV doesn’t show them?

Changes reach the TV only after “Send to screen”, and then within half a minute. Outside opening hours the screen rests — press OK on the remote to wake it.

Why does the TV show a message instead of the content?

When the plan doesn’t allow the screen — for example, there are more screens than it includes — the TV shows a message. The layout is kept, and the screen works again once the plan allows it.

What happens without internet?

The TV keeps showing the last content it received.
