Your personal link, QR code and sharing on social media

The permanent link to your business page, a printable QR code and a tagged link for every channel — and how to publish or hide the page.

Guide forComputerPhone

Every business has a permanent link to its page, and clients book through it. In “Link & sharing” you copy and share it, save the QR code, and get a tagged link for each channel — Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook and TikTok — so the insights show where bookings came from. When shared on WhatsApp or Instagram, a preview with the business name appears.

  1. Open “Link & sharing”

  2. Next to the permanent link, click the copy button, or “Open” to see the page.

  3. On the “QR code” card, click “Download QR” — to print for the counter, the treatment-room mirror or a card.

  4. On the channel cards, copy each channel’s link, or click “Share now →” for WhatsApp and Facebook.

Publishing the page

A published page appears in Bookly search, and clients book through it. A hidden page leaves search and its link takes no new bookings — appointments already booked stay. You publish or hide it on the same screen, and only the owner and managers can.

A button for your website

Have a website or a Linktree? At the bottom of “Link & sharing” there’s the code for a “Book online” button. Click “Copy code” and paste it into your site, and clients go straight to booking.

QR scans count in the insights under “QR code”. Put the link in your Instagram bio, your WhatsApp status and your signature — and clients book on their own.

Where bookings come from

The guided tour is in the app

In the “Link, QR and business cards” chapter, the tour shows this on the screen itself, step by step.

Does the link change if I rename the business?

No. The link is permanent; it changes only through “Page address” — see changing the page address.

How do I add the link to Instagram?

Copy the Instagram link from “Link & sharing”, then add it in Instagram under edit profile, in the links. A link sticker in your stories helps too.
