Widgets for the Home Screen and Lock Screen
Today’s appointments, who confirmed, this month’s usage and your next appointment — at a glance, without opening the app. On iPhone, on the Lock Screen too.
This is done in the Bookly app on your phone. The steps here are the app's.
Bookly has four widgets: “Today at the business” — how many appointments today, who’s next and what awaits approval; “Arrival confirmations” — how many of tomorrow’s clients already confirmed; “Usage this month” — for owners and managers, how many WhatsApp messages and AI replies were used out of the plan; and “My next appointment” — your own next appointment as a client, at any business.

ManageAdd widgets to the home screen
On iPhone: the Home Screen
Touch and hold an empty spot on the Home Screen until the apps start to jiggle.
Tap “+” or “Edit” → “Add Widget” in the top corner.
Search for “Bookly” and tap it, swipe to choose the widget and size, and tap “Add Widget”.
And on the Lock Screen
Touch and hold the Lock Screen and choose “Customise” → “Lock Screen”.
Tap the widget area under the time and choose Bookly from the list.
The widgets show the business selected in the app, and update themselves every time you open or close it. A widget asking you to open Bookly fills in once you open the app.
Why don’t I see “Usage this month”?
It’s for the business owner and managers only.
