Bookly on your watch: Apple Watch and Wear OS
Today’s appointments and who confirmed, “Today’s summary” for owners, and your own next appointment as a client — on your wrist. The watch signs in through the phone.
This is done in the Bookly app on your phone. The steps here are the app's.
In the watch app: for the business — today’s appointments by time, who confirmed and who’s next; for owners and managers also “Today’s summary” with the revenue and numbers. For clients — “My appointments” with a “Confirm arrival” button. If you work at several businesses or branches, choose one on the watch itself.
Signing in
Sign in to Bookly on your phone.
Open Bookly on the watch once — it signs in through the phone, with nothing to type. Signing out on the phone signs the watch out too.
Apple Watch: on the watch face and in the Smart Stack
Touch and hold the watch face → “Edit” → swipe to the complications and choose a spot.
Choose “Bookly” and the widget: “Next appointment”, “Today’s summary” or “My next appointment”.
For the Smart Stack: turn the Digital Crown from the watch face → “Edit” → “+”.
On Apple Watch, you can also call the client from one of the business’s appointments.
“Today’s summary” also arrives on the watch as a notification, and on the watch itself you can turn it on or off and change the hour — see Today’s summary.
The watch asks me to sign in on the phone?
Open Bookly on the phone and sign in, then open Bookly on the watch again — it signs in along with the phone.
