Asking Siri, and Bookly’s shortcuts
The next client, today and tomorrow, new bookings and your next appointment — answered without opening the app: with Siri on iPhone and shortcuts on Android.
This is done in the Bookly app on your phone. The steps here are the app's.
Four questions about the business — who’s the next client, what’s on today, what’s on tomorrow and how many new bookings were made today — and one about your own appointments as a client: when is the next one. The answer comes without opening the app, about the business selected in it. Team members get only their own appointments, as in the calendar.
On iPhone: Siri
Say “Hey Siri” followed by one of the questions with the name Bookly — in Hebrew, for example asking who the next client in Bookly is.
Siri asks you to unlock the iPhone first, because the answers include appointment details and client names.
Siri’s questions are in Hebrew, and Siri answers in Hebrew when its language in Settings is Hebrew. In the Shortcuts app you can also pick another business for each question, or add it to the Home Screen.
All the questions, and what they answer, are listed in the app
ManageSiri and shortcuts
Which business are the answers about?
About the business selected in the app. Switch the business in the app and the questions answer about it.
