The waitlist
No free time on the day you wanted? Join the waitlist, and if a slot opens up you get a WhatsApp message with a link to book it fast.
With businesses that offer a waitlist, you can join it on a day with no free times. When a slot opens up that day — after a cancellation, say — a WhatsApp message arrives with a link to book. The slot goes to whoever books first.
When booking, pick the service and the day you want.
When there are no free times, click “Let me know if a spot opens up on this day”.
My waitlists
On the website, your lists are in your account area, on the “Waitlist” tab — and in a phone’s browser under “Profile” → “Waitlists”. You can leave a list from there too.
The guided tour is in the app
In the “Waitlist” chapter, the tour shows this on the screen itself, step by step.
I got a message, but someone booked before me
The slot goes to whoever books first, so it’s worth booking quickly. You can keep checking free times on the business page.
Why is there no waitlist button for me?
Not every business offers a waitlist, and the button only appears on a day with no free times.
