The plans: Basic and Pro, and how they differ

There are two plans, and both include a business page, a calendar and online booking — and Bookly is always free for your clients. The difference is how much you need: staff, messages, and tools for a clinic, a studio and a team.

Basic

For solo professionals: one calendar, online booking 24/7, a business page and personal link in the system design, 500 WhatsApp/SMS messages a month for confirmations and reminders, Google Calendar sync and recurring appointments, a listing in Bookly’s search, a client card with before and after photos, in-store TV screens (1), an alert for every new client, and social — a calendar, feed and approvals for posts, with a design studio and basic templates.

Pro

Everything in Basic, plus: up to 10 staff, 2,000 messages a month, two reminders per appointment and an SMS backup, a waitlist and SOS for gaps in the calendar, “Recommended near you” in search, your own page design without Bookly’s credit, up to 30 forms and health declarations with a digital signature, deposits, card on file and cancellation fees, punch cards and treatment packages, in-store screens (3) with every template, an advanced client card and Excel export, saving clients to the phone’s contacts, live updates, more branches under one subscription, an AI assistant on WhatsApp (300 replies a month), AI for writing posts, shift scheduling and a time clock, and secretary and social media manager roles.

Prices

Basic: ₪69.90 a month, or ₪699 a year. Pro: ₪119.90 a month, or ₪1,199 a year. Prices include VAT, and paying yearly saves money.
