Deleting your account

Deleting your account is final: your details and history go — and if you own a business, it and all its data too. A store subscription must be cancelled separately.

Guide forComputerPhone

You delete your account from your profile, on the website or in the app. Before deleting, you see exactly what will be deleted, and you must confirm. It can’t be restored afterwards.

  1. In the user menu (your picture or initial in the corner), click “My profile”.

  2. At the bottom, click “Delete account”.

  3. Read what will be deleted. A business owner ticks “I understand…” and clicks “Delete account and business”; everyone else clicks “Delete permanently”.

What gets deleted

Your personal details, favorites and history. Upcoming appointments that can still be cancelled are cancelled, and the businesses are notified; an appointment already within the business’s cancellation window stays — best to talk to them.

Business owners: the business you own is deleted with the account — its page and link, the calendar and every appointment, the client cards and their history, the team, services and settings, forms, signatures and photos. Upcoming appointments are cancelled and the clients are notified.

A subscription bought in the app, through the App Store or Google Play, isn’t cancelled when you delete your account — cancel it in the store first.

Just want to pause your business and keep the data? No need to delete — cancelling the subscription is enough, and the data is kept until you come back.

Partner program members: your partner account closes with the account, and commissions not yet paid won’t be transferred. It’s best to end your participation first and delete after the last payout.

Can a deletion be undone?

No. Deletion is final.

I work at someone else’s business — will the business be deleted?

No. Only what you own is deleted; the business stays with its owner.
